trilha_gen.go is out of date
The routes in app/ moved and the generated file was not regenerated, so a route can 404 with no one explaining why.
Fix
Run `trilha gen` (or `trilha check --fix`) and commit the file — it is generated and committed, and `go build` must work without the CLI.
